Shoulders, hips and tail all move, so she can lie on her back with her paws together like she's supposed to.

Our test piece. Every new joint design gets tried on Mossy before it goes anywhere else. Thirty-one segments, no supports.
Mossy started life as a tolerance test and we liked him too much to shelve him. Thirty-one segments nose to tail, all printed in place, so he comes off the bed already moving. The tail is the hard part. It tapers across the last eight segments, and too tight means the tip fuses while too loose means it just flops about. We landed on 0.25mm and haven't touched it since.
Physically printed on Bambu A1, Prusa MK4, Ender 3 V3 before release. Stock profiles, no tuning required.
